Engraving Service – Terms & Conditions
By requesting our engraving service, you agree to the following:
1. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring all engraving details (spelling, dates, symbols, placement) are correct at the time of order. We engrave exactly as provided.
2. Suitability & Results
While we take every care when engraving, not all jewellery materials or surfaces are guaranteed to produce a perfect or consistent result. Variations may occur depending on the metal, finish or hardness. Please note that some suppliers place the .925 stamp in the engraving area which may mean the setting is not suitable for engraving.
3. Damage Disclaimer
Engraving carries inherent risk. We are not liable for surface marks, scratches, structural damage, stone loosening or loss, or breakage. Items sent for engraving are accepted entirely at the owner's risk. We are not responsible for repair, replacement, or compensation in the event of damage or unsatisfactory results.
4. Postage
You are responsible for all postage costs to and from us. We strongly recommend a tracked and insured service — we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, including by Royal Mail. This includes any settings that are posted directly to us from your chosen supplier.
5. Acceptance
By placing an order or submitting an item, you confirm you have read and understood these terms.
